I'm really worried about the Jotoform service. the submission was made yesterday and I received the notification only tonight. This is difficult because I can not attract my clients quickly. I would like to wish this to be resolved.

This is not something common, the JotForm email messages should be generally emailed without a delay.
Could you please provide us with the full message headers of the delayed email?
