I have created a form, but the answers are not coming across like i have set them up.
I have conditions set, but I would still like help getting my email set properly so depending on the questions answered, the right info is placed in the email for me and the client.

I see that you have already modified the Email Content of your form email templates.
Please take note that the option Hide Empty Email Fields on form emails will not work when applied to a customized email content (which you did already).
If you want exclude the empty value fields on the submission email of the form, just create a new Notifier and Autoresponder Email on the form. Do not modify/customize the Email content.
