Reports generated with incorrect field names of Static field of configurable list

I changed the content of the static text in each row for a configurable list widget as shown below 

But in the reports generated and also in the notification mail it is something like this 

As can be seen the text doesn't change. Plz advice 

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and see that the Configurable list is configured to display only Strategy as the static text.

However, the text is hidden on the form to display the other texts using CSS. 

Since every row uses the columns, it is displaying the same text in the reports/email. 

You may consider using another dropdown with the four values instead of Static field letting the user select the appropriate option for each row. This would display the selected value in the email/reports.
