How can i view encrypted forms with the Jot key

    I have some data i encrypted but i cant seeem to open the file with the Jot key 

    Can you advise?

    Do you have issues with this form http://www.jotformz.com/form/61715883811662? I have checked and recent submission of that form are not encrypted. Also the form is currently not encrypted. To decrypt your submissions, you will have to encrypt the form again on settings page of the form. Set Encrypt Form Data option to Yes.

    Only when form is encrypted data can be decrypted. 

    After that go to submission page of your form and upload your private key, to decrypt your submissions.
