How can I open the hyperlink from Microsoft Word

Asked by STPI on May 31, 2017 at 05:23 AM

Currently, when I paste  the link into Microsoft Word, the warning that Microsoft Word cannot locate the Internet Proxy appears.

Why is this so? Every other link works, except the link of my form.

    Kindly advise.

    Thank you!

    Best.

    Hi,

I believe this is an issue with Microsoft Word or your computer's setting rather than the form.

May we know when does the issue happen? Does it happen when you paste the link? Or does it happen when you click it?

Have you tried typing manually the link and add a hyperlink on it instead?

Below are some discussions about the issue with Mac and MS Word:
