Hi... I can't figure out how to have my Squirrel Class form be sent to my email@example.com address instead of firstname.lastname@example.org address. How do I change this please? Everything is dumping into the staffing address and I don't want it to go there. It needs to go to email@example.com.

I checked your email activity history and found one instance where the email alert has been sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. It seems that you have managed to figure out what to change on your email alert settings. Can you check your inbox or your spam folder for chances that your email alert could have landed there?
If the email is in your spam folder, I would suggest creating filters on your gmail account in order to force it to land or show in your inbox. You can check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/404-How-to-prevent-emails-landing-in-spam-folder-in-your-Gmail-account
