Spammed form

I opened by email this morning and noticed that I received over a 100 form requests from the same person last night.  Is there a way to stop this?  I am over my limit before I could get 1 legitimate request.  I'm so bummed about this.  What can be done?  Thanks for any help on this.

I have checked your account and I can see the spam submissions. We can reset your submission counter for you, but I suggest deleting the spammed submissions first before we can reset the submission counter. 

To stop your form from being spammed, you can add a captcha before the submit button, you can find that in our form elements in the form builder.

You can also enable the unique submissions feature, which will prevent any duplicate submissions based on how you set it. Here's how to set unique submissions:
