question regarding credit

    I received a credit of $9.50 on 5/4/2017. 

    I was wondering what is it for? I do not see it on the invoice page.

    This was because we have found your account had a duplicated subscription, since you upgraded to Silver plan, we cancelled the Bronze subscription and refunded you the duplicated charge.

    Our apologies as we did not inform you accordingly.

    Your account has the Silver monthly plan that auto-renew every 3rd day of the month.
