How to conditionally send email to specific email address for signature?

Hello I created a form https://www.jotform.com/build/71436107861152 and am wondering if it is possible to have the form sent to others based on email to have them sign it. At the bottom I have 3 signature locations and I want to have each signature designated to a specific person. The manager would change each time but the other two would stay the same each time. I was looking at widgets to add and the only one I found was Docusign although the docusign widget does not allow for sending just signing, is there another one that might work?

    Hello WilsonElectronics,

If I understand your question correctly, you want to send the submission email to specific users based on the email address selected or input by users. You also want to show respective signature field based on email address. Is that correct?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement and here are the steps you need to follow:

#1. Add email field in form.

#2. Add three signature widget in you form. You may like to use any of the following widgets:

    E-Signature

    Smooth Signature

#3. Add condition in your form to check the email address and send submission email to that email address. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to send submission email based on user's answer:  https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

#4. Add condition to show/hide desired signature widget based on email address input in form.

    Hope this helps.

Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Thank you for the follow-up,
I was able to get the from to send but the signatures don’t show up as a option to sign. I also tried unhiding them but they don’t show up on the selection drop down as options.

From what I understand after checking your form, you would like the person who will approve the request to sign the form after it was submitted by the requestor, is that correct?

I see three email fields under the Approval section of your form. Is the corresponding email field going to be filled by the person who will approve the request after submission? Or, is it going to be filled (pre-filled) before submission?

I'm not sure, but base on your requirements, I believe you would like to have a way to send the form with submission data (edit mode) to the person who will approve it. To achieve such, you just need the form to know that it is being accessed in edit mode using the Get Form Page URL widget. Then, set a condition that will show the signature fields if the form is loaded in edit mode.

This is possible with Jotform, you can send an edit link via email notification/autoresponder to the person that will approve it.  Then, create a condition that will show/hide the signature field if the form is in edit mode.

If that is what you're trying to achieve, I suggest you check the information found in this guide: A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow

Otherwise, please let us know and get back to us with more information about the workflow that you would like to incorporate with your form and we will be glad to help you.

    Thank you.
