I have followed the steps for adding form to Facebook.
However, after I have completed the final step and clicked the iframe tab, there is Form.
Any reason for this to happen?

Your form is working fine in my end. Here's a screenshot of your form that you embed into your facebook page. If you didn't see your form in your facebook page, try to delete your browser cache and cookies.

Hi, I have removed the cookies and yet I can't see the form. I still get a blank page.

Hi Ai Chin,

Like what my colleague pinoytech have mentioned above, your form is perfectly fine. We can view it without any problem. I suspect this is because you are logged in as admin/form owner that's why you can't view your live form instead it just shows form code right? Please take note that this is the nature of Static HTML Form, I mean this is how it works. Clicking on Preview should visualize your form. Also, to verify that your form is working, you have to logout from your Facebook account and then view your form, or you may login to different account . You should be able to see the live form by doing that.
