not receiving email notification of replies

    I have checked the email notification but i am not recieving notifications for|33549r

    I made a test and checked our mail logs the results shows that the notification email was sent out from our servers. Can you try to look within the Spam or Bulk folders it may have been caught by the spam filters. You can also add the JotForm mail IP addresses into your whitelist.

    If you are still unable to receive the notification emails, let us know.
