Last week this feature was working and we were able to download the sqlxxxx.zip file with no hitches. This week, however, we get an error when attempting to download the same file showing "Download Failed - Network error." We are using Chrome but the same or similar issue occurs when using Firefox. We tried IE but found the "Authenticate" step of the process does not allow continuation to the next "Select Form" step.
We also attempted to address this issue by flushing the browser cache and other suggestions provided within various web sites and running the process on different systems and in different environments. So we are wondering if the issues lies in the "SQL Server Export for JotForm" app.
Please let me know if there is anything we can try on our end.

The network error means that the issue is related to your network connection. Please try connecting through a different network. Let us know if you need more help.
