Still being spammed

Hey, I'm still being spammed by a Mary King.  Can we block that person?  

I checked your form and it does not look like you have taken any of the precautions recommended in this thread:

I will reset your submission count one more time, however, if you do not add at least a captcha to the form, we cannot continue to reset the counter.  We cannot block a single person from accessing the form.
