How can I add drop down field to current form?

Example: Create topic with drop down items to choose from

Current Form: Client Profile

Want to add: Vacation Type

                           Jazz Cruise

                           VWM Conference

                           Cruise

                           Tour

                           Vacation Package

My understanding is that you want to add a drop down field into your form. In the Form Builder, click the "+Add Form Element" button. Under the Basic tab, look for "Dropdown" and drag it to the form. You can edit the options and the labels in the field.
