Why is my ip banned?

i just signed up for an account and got approved for non profit pricing as well as asked a question on the forum about Wufoo importing of forms because I was having trouble importing. My ip has now been banned for some reason and I've only created and tested one form with encryption status for our human resources department. 

No ip is 24.113.136.159
