Missing submissions

Hi, we contacted before, but we still have a few missing submissions on the form embedded in ccc-connection.com/vbs.

We have been contacting people in our circles about registering for this event, only to be met with some responses of "I did" yet we have NO record of their submission. This is frustrating because the event begins on Monday, and it will only make us look bad if people show up, said they signed up and paid, yet we have no record of them doing so. 

Before, there was mention of checking our logs for this form. Could this be checked again? Two that I know are missing have the names "Perrella" and "Hunt."

Did you get an email notification? Nothing is found under those names. I see you have setup an autoresponder for that form, so the user must have received the email notification. If you could get their email addresses with can search in our mail logs.
