I'm having a problem with all of my forms.
When the large text field has been filled in and send, it doesn't reach the receiver. All the other text fields work correct, except the large one. What's going wrong? When I watch the messages at jotform.com I can see it, but in my clients inbox it doesn't appear.
Please help, I'm in a bit of a hurry..

Because it didn't work I changed the formes to a smal field, but I duplicated a page to show you:

I cloned your form with the text area field and I was not able to reproduce the error.As shown in my picture, the input text on that field is showing up
I would suggest you to try again, but before that , delete the email notification alert and create it again
