Why all my forms are disabled?

    Hello!

     

    I note that my forms are not working, I put them on my website and then when I click to open it with an external link appears "Form not found, the form is disable" I copy and paste again the link provided in the publish section when I edit my forms, and the issue still there.

     

    Any help?

    Hello Leocb24,

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. As your form "Registro a Air Costa Rica" has fields like "Username & Password / Usuario & Contraseña" which makes it suspected of being used for phishing.

    Authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. I have deleted the password field and activated your account again.

    Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.
