I am having a bunch of trouble with the forms transferring from Jotform to Dropbox (sometimes files transfer, sometimes not. Sometimes they transfer in a folder, sometimes as individual forms). Is there a way to undo the integration and start all over again so that I can be sure everything is uniform and accounted for?

If you choose No folder in Dropbox integration then all submission files will be in one folder:
The main folder is the one you choose on the left-hand side.
And the sub-folder is the one on the right-hand side, again, if you choose No Folder all files will be in one folder, if you choose a subfolder, then with each submission a new subfolder will be created.
If you want to undo the integration, you can delete it and create a new one:
And then integrate again.
If the issue persists please let us know.

Hi there. I tried exactly that. I deleted the integration and then integrated again. The new folder has no forms in it.
Thanks for your continuing guidance so that I can get all forms in one place.

Please be noted that old submissions will not transfer to DropBox once you integrate again. Only new submissions will transfer. If you meant that, or submissions are not showing even for new ones?
Please let us know so we can check further.

There is a way to do that, but it will require re-submitting of all submissions.
You could integrate the form with DropBox and then edit each submission from submissions page:
Select the submission and click Edit:
And then submit the form (without changing anything).
You could also disable send on Edit in Notifier and Autoresponder so you don't receive submissions again (and your users as well).
Could you please try if that could work for you.
