Zoho Integration won't let me match the relevant fields

    For example, when i click on Full Name - the drop down list says "please select" and won't give any other option.

    That form above is blank though and doesn't have any fields (except for a Header and a Submit button). And that's mainly the reason why you can't map any fields as there are no fields yet to begin with.

    Please keep in mind that matching fields with integrations, regardless if it's with ZOHO or not, requires your form to have the respective fields added to your form.

    Just build your form first and once you're done, do the Zoho integration once again and you'll be able to map the fields accordingly.

    Ahh ok thanks. I thought I was working from a live form which I have already created but it appears not. Many thanks for your help.
