How to Remove JotForm Branding on the form?

    Yes this suddenly appeared on my site - I appreciate your requirement to advertise on free accounts but this is way over the top in its appearance and I now need to go in and redesign the contact page on the mobile site

    I may have missed the announcement of the alteration - if not you ought to have told us.

    For such a small site as mine I will have to consider alternatives versus paying up as $20 per month for the handful of submission i get a month

    The option to remove the JotForm footer is available for paid subscription only. There is no way to remove it for free accounts.

    As you chose to move this reply to a thread, creating a new post it is now totally out of context. Yes i am fully aware of branding. I get it. I understand. What i and the OP  commented upon was the sudden change from a complimentary jotform branding on our forms to a disproportionately sized ad which is crude in relstion to our web page. Especially on smaller mobile sites...

    There was an issue a few days ago about the JotForm branding in the footer not being mobile responsive, but I believe it has already been fixed. If you are still having responsive issues related to this, please do share to us the link to your website where the form is embedded or a screenshot of how the issue looks like.

    For the overall design of it, I am unable to comment on that as this is more of a developer, designer and management decision. But there's still an option to remove it if you will upgrade to a paid plan. The JotForm branding is slowly being rolled out to all accounts and rest assure that this has been thoroughly discussed by our management and has been considered for the betterment of service.
