how can i get my money back? i no longer need this service and ive only had it for maybe 12 hours.

i really need my money back i no longer want to use this service and i never really did. 

I have added your refund request to our queue.  PayPal refunds need to be manually processed so they can take a bit of time.  Expect a full refund of $39.00 in the next 7-10 business days.

Please make sure to cancel the subscription in your PayPal account to ensure there are no further charges.

You can refer to these instructions to cancel it in your PayPal Account if you wish for it to be immediate:

(1) Login to your Paypal Account

(2) Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm

(3) Click the subscription number for that transaction

(4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
