Today we noticed that A LOT of our JotForm submissions over the last year have disappeared. We have lost some very vital information. Most Importantly: How do we get it back? Secondly: Why did it get purged?

I have addressed your issue. Your submissions should all be available now. This was caused by the fact that you were at the Free status at some point in time, which forced your submissions storage to respect the Free account limits. Now that you are upgraded again your submissions storage is restored and with it all your submissions.
