I have 3 forms created for this account. They were working fine until a day or 2 ago. Now they do not show up on website. What is the problem?

    Hi garypools

You have OVERLIMIT on your allocated package. You have 13 SSL form submissions which is beyond allocated quota of 10 SSL form submission for your Free package (http://www.jotform.com/pricing/) hence making your forms disabled.

For now i have cleared your SSL accunmulated form submissions counter to enable you access your forms, if you dont need the SSL form submissions you need to disable ssl functionality. To disable ssl just change the https:// prefix in the JotForm URL found in your embed code into http:// (without the "s").

You can also upgrade your account to Premium or Professional to keep enjoying your service. Check on  the yearly or bi-yearly prices of the three packages and can enjoy some doiscount , see on the below links:

    Premium: http://www.jotform.net/upgrade
    Professional: http://www.jotform.net/upgrade_professional

I hope this information is helpful to you
