Do you have any experience working with Kayako?

    Hello,

    I am trying to create a helpdesk ticket (we use Kayako System) from a webform like yours. Do you have any experience working with Kayako?

    Once I finish the form I am creating, Can I send all the fields values to an email at Kayako? or there is a better way to submit this webform to Kayako, based on your experience.

    Unfortunately, I didn't use Kayako so far and we don't have direct integration with it, but we have a 3rd one through Zapier. Here is the related link: https://zapier.com/zapbook/jotform/kayako/

    I'm pretty sure it would be what you need.
