Send form results to multiple email addresses and customizing the form

Hello, i'm a developer shopping around for a contact form service for a client. They need to take a phone number only, then send the results to 2 separate email addresses.  Is this possible with your service? Also, how extensively can I modify your embed code? I would like to handle the front end/confirmation page myself, and just forward the results to you.

We have different kinds of embed code, normal script code or iFrame code.
