Autocomplete field based on answer from another field

Hi, 

I would like to autopopulate certains fields based on selection criterias.  Example

If I have 10 Selection from a dropdown box, and I choose option 1, how can I autopopulate Text field # 2

Example, I choose option 1, and when I choose option one, it automatically fills in the information from another text box with the associated email

Option 1 = email 1

Option 2 = email 2

etc

Can this be done

It should be possible with 'Update / Calculate Field' conditions.

You can populate another field with a current value or assigned calculation value.
