Our forms are timing out

Users are trying to apply but the form keeps timing out. 

Were you able to replicate this problem on your website? Can you also share with us the page where the form is embedded? We need to check that out on the page itself. I have tested your form, and I was able to submit it without any issues, so I think the problem happens to the user only. 

If you may, please ask your user to try submitting the form using another browser, normal or private/incognito windows.
