I have remove my email from the list many times and it still does not work. Each time I log on, I get the message that I need to remove it from list.
I also added another email just so I could get my messages and it has also stopped working. When i log on, I do not get the message that it isn't working however, I have stopped reciving the messages to the new email.

I checked the emails that you've added in the notification for this form. None of them is in the bounce list. I checked the mail log for "email@example.com" and I can see that emails have been sent without issues.
Can you please check the spam folder for your email, as sometimes emails end up there.
