Agents are not able to submit forms, not allowing them to attach photos.

Could you please provide us with the error that your agents are receiving so we can inspect and assist you further? Thank you in advance.

The agents are saying that the place on the form they would normally click
to access the camera and attach the photo is coming up as a black box .
When they tap the box nothing happens, they do not get the option to
    attache a file.

    Hi,

When I checked the standalone version of your form, I could access the camera and take photos without issues. However, on your website, the camera access seems to be disabled, which is why your users are experiencing problems.

Can you please check if there's any configuration on your website that is disabling the camera access? Also, please make sure to embed the form using the iFrame method, as it resolves any script conflict JotForm might experience with the hosting page.

Here's how to get your iFrame code:

    Thank you!
