We are having a issue, where the people who are filling out our forms are being told that only one entry is allowed, even though we have purchased this program. I'm not sure if its a glitch or something with our form, but we need this cleared up as soon as possible. We are in the middle of registration for our program.

This is happening because the "Unique Submission" is set to "Check cookies and IP". This means that only 1 user can submit from the same IP address.
