    Duration Indicator on time field breaks the form

    that's what my form says, asking for a box to be checked to proceed!?  Please help.  Also, i have a mask, my website name is used to direct the form; so my jotform url is unmasked as https://form.jotform.us/41495484116155 

    and so masked it looks like this:  http://forms.martinsinc.com//form/41495484116155

    now that mask redirect thing don't work!  please help!  we just see a DNS error that says: 

    Error 1001 Ray ID: 368494c565731189 • 2017-06-01 19:29:20 UTC DNS resolution error

    We are aware of the validation issue. This has already been submitted to our developers for a resolution. Once this is fixed, you will be informed here.
