Is it possible to have a donation form where users enter the amount they would like to donate?

Hi. I want to make a form for a non-profit, where users can make a donation. However, I want the form to work and send us user responses, even when they don't make donations. Lastly, I want users to be able to choose whatever donation amount they want.

Is there a way to do this with Jotform?

Yes, it is possible to have a form with an optional payment integration for the donation, and most of our payment integrations support user defined amounts, so that your form users would enter the amount they would like to donate, and proceed into the checkout.

Here is our guide on mastering payment integrations: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

And here are templates for donation forms, so you can save time and pick the closest one to what you have in mind, and build on it: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/category/donation

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thank you.

Thank you. Is it also possible to change the thank-you page based on
whether or not a donation is made through the form?
