I tested the iFrame code that you provided on a blank HTML form and I can see that it is working properly. I just added the width and the height. Here's a screenshot:
You might want to check this link on how to embed the Spreadsheet to a webpage.
We do have an HTML Table Listing Report and Grid Report that you can embed in your webpage. Please check these guides:

How-to-Create-a-Grid-Listing-ReportHope that helps. Thank you.

be filled, and the formulas can not be used

gardentimeshedsReplied on June 2, 2017 at 12:44 PMThis is taking too long.
Is there something that you can suggest that will incorporate the following
into a jot form?
- Unit price or Base Price (there is a discount applied to this line price
in an another field)
- Numerous line items (options) that have a price associated that can be
also be multiplied in that line (4 flower boxes 20$ a piece, total 80$)
- Base price discount percentage that can be manipulated (5 - 10 - 15 - 20%)
- Total Price
- Applicable tax rate wich can be maniultated (different tax rates
depending on county)
- Down Payment
- Remaining balance due
See attached

You can assign your form options calculation values:
https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
With those values you can perform calculations:
https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form
This will allow you to add your tax rate and such.
If you need to track total owed based on previous inputs though, that would not be possible.

gardentimeshedsReplied on June 5, 2017 at 10:44 AMCan i create a field where a line item can be manually typed, as well as
prce, that can be calculated
EX
- 2 Pair pf MiaTEC shutters (45$ a piece) = $90.00
- Addition 3' door (wood) = $200.00
- Increase windows to 24"x36" = $100.00
- Total =
$390.00
- 7% Sales tax = $27.30
- Balance due = $417.30
we use an excel spread sheet for this calculation. But I can't get it to
work with your form

Yes, you would set that up exactly how I mentioned above. Here is an example form to show how it would work:
https://form.jotformpro.com/71554622452959
You can clone it to your own account to see the full setup:

gardentimeshedsReplied on June 5, 2017 at 1:44 PMUnfortunately those are predetermined options you are listing. what i am
trying to over come is the fact that I have 100 options, from 4 different
builders, with 4 different sets of pricing.
So I need the sales people to be able to *manually *add each option. *then *the
*price*, when it is applicable, per order. Some orders will have no
options, some will have 30.
it would take a month to add all the options and the prices for each
builder.
- 2 Pair pf MiaTEC shutters (45$ a piece) = $90.00
- Addition 3' door (wood) = $200.00
- Increase windows to 24"x36" = $100.00

We do have an app called Field Manager. You can clone fields from one form to another using this app. Here's the link: http://fieldmanager.jotform.io/.
In this way, you don't need to redo the fields. You can just adjust the formula of the Calculation widget for the pricing. Here's a screen capture:
Here's a screen capture of how the app works:
Hope that helps. Thank you.
