I am trying to build a form for a sermon outline. I have a few fill-in-the blank lines. Is it possible for the e-mail that is sent to the responder to include all elements from the form, not just the items that were filled in?Page URL:

If I understand correctly, you would like the auto-responder email goes with all text fields of the forms and the answered fields. If this is the case, it is possible, however, text fields must be manually added while setting up auto-responder:
1 - Access your form in Edit mode, click Settings, then Emails, select edit auto - responder, scroll down on Email, as shown in the following image:
Add a row on the table, then copy the text from the form and paste in the new row.
Do not forget to Save changes when done.
