When I click to edit a submission the form comes up blank. I've logged out, cleared cache and cookies still no go.

Can you share us the edit link? I tried one of the form submissions, the form is not blank on edit.
Perhaps, it's just taking a time to load? Can you also check for errors? It's in the console area, here are guides you can follow to check the console:

Looks like its working fine now. I don't think it was a browser or time to load issue, I tried it in internet explorer, firefox and google chrome and let it sit for at least 5 minutes.

That's great to know. We haven't received a report similar to this, so that's why I think it's a timeout or a cache issue. Let us know if the issue comes up again, we'd be happy to investigate further.
