When my clients (or I) complete a form from my website, the information is not sent to me. The form sits there and the Submit button changes to Please Wait, but nothing happens.

It appears like your page is password protected. Probably the form's code is conflicting with your page's code, please try embedding your form using the Iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
If the issue continues, please let us know, and share the password to see your form and inspect further.
