My first question is pretty self explanatory: what are the pricing options for a corporate account?
Next, I would like to find out what happens to the submitted survey data that is captured. Does it get stored or is it routed to the emails we designate and that is it? Do you happen to have a document outlining your data security policies anywhere?

We have our regular plans here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing. If you are expecting more than 10, 000 submissions per month, you may opt in for the Gold Plan which allows you to receive up to 100, 000 submissions per month.
Note that we also offer an Enterprise solution, you can check and inquire here: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/.
For our regular plans, all data are stored on our servers. You have the option also to receive submissions by email.
For the security, our forms are secured by default. All form's submissions are transmitted securely with a 256-bit encryption which means that data is encrypted during the transmission.
We also have SSL certificate that uses SHA256 with RSA encryption https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=secure.jotform.com.
