    Cloudflare error shows when accessing my form with custom domain

    now that mask redirect thing don't work!  please help!  we just see a DNS error that says: 

    Error 1001 Ray ID: 368494c565731189 • 2017-06-01 19:29:20 UTC DNS resolution error

    What happened?

    You've requested a page on a website (forms.martinsinc.com) that is on the Cloudflare network. Cloudflare is currently unable to resolve your requested domain (forms.martinsinc.com). There are two potential causes of this:

    Most likely: if the owner just signed up for Cloudflare it can take a few minutes for the website's information to be distributed to our global network. Less likely: something is wrong with this site's configuration. Usually this happens when accounts have been signed up with a partner organization (e.g., a hosting provider) and the provider's DNS fails.

    I have forwarded the issue regarding the CloudFlare error when accessing your form with custom domain name http://forms.martinsinc.com//form/41495484116155

    Since I could not reproduce the problem here, kindly check it again this time. If the problem persists, let us know so we can add it to the report ticket.

    Hi, we're also getting reports from users of getting the Error 1001 (same as adrianmartins). Not all users though, seems like prominently only for mobile users. Please advise.
