Received message saying that I needed to update my email to a current, active mail address. My email is active and has been working fine. I've made no changes to either my email or my jot form.
Can't figure out the screenshot but I promise my email is working.

You received an notification to confirm you change your email address(the one used in your account profile) to "email@example.com". Did you update your account email address?
