One of my colleagues cannot access a form

Hi I have a colleague accessing a form and he is now getting this error.

Hi,

Would you please let us know the IP address of him/her so that we can inspect it in detail? When I check the owner account of the form which you have mentioned, I see that it hasn't been suspended. Please share with us the IP address of your colleague or Jotform username if it exists.

Hello Tina,

I am not sure what has caused this issue as none of the account accessed from this IP address is suspended. I have gone ahead and whitelisted IP address 115.70.206.69 and your colleague should be able to access forms without any problem.
