Why aren't empty decimal places showing in calculations?

I have changed the settings in calculation fields to show empty decimals but it it not active. Is there another setting I should change? 

I was able to reproduce the issue you are having on a clone version of your form.

However, I was able to fix the issue, after I removed the "Total to Pay £" Form Calculation field in your form and added a new one having its options setup as shown in the image below.

You should also set up the options of the other Form Calculation widget in your form like the one in the image above.

Thank you that worked well. I still have a problem with one field 'Balance of course fee' at the top which copies content of another field named the same at the bottom of the form. The one at the bottom is working with 2 decimal places but when that data is copied up to the top it goes back to one decimal.. Any idea why? I can't find any options for a simple number field to retain empty decimals..

Can you please confirm if you're still having issues? Due to the length and number of fields and conditions you have on your form, it would be easier if you could either share a screenshot of how you see the 2 fields on your end, or tell us how we can reproduce this so we can have a closer look.
