I paid the BRONZE subscription

    Buenos días, he pagado la suscripción BRONCE el día 03/03/2017 y no sé porqué no he vuelto a recibir ningún pago. Ahora no me deja hacer nada y necesito usar los formularios. Cómo podría reanudar el pago de 9,16€ porque éramos una asociación sin ánimo de lucro.

    Dear Miriam,

    I have checked our system and I have seen that you had upgraded your account to the Bronze plan on 30.03.2017. However, your account has been scheduled to downgrade to Free plan on 30.04.2017 as the payment can not be transferred again. I have seen that PayPal had tried to charge you a couple more times but it failed. And then, your subscription to JotForm bronze monthly has been canceled on 08.05.2017.

    All in all, you have a Free plan since 8 May 2017.

    If you want to upgrade your account please find our pricing page at the following URL: https://www.jotform.com/pricing You need to upgrade your plan again in order to have a bronze subscription.
