my newest form is not sending out email notification when a form is completed. After the form is completed it is supposed to send out an email to 3 different emails and it isn't.

We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.
I have checked your form's email configurations and I have seen that you have only one notification email. Also, the recipient emails aren't on the bounce list.
I have seen that you have a condition in order to change the email recipient of the notification as the following:
So, if the "3.Lead Source" field is equal to "Stephenie Lead", the notification email will be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and if the "3.Lead Source" field is not equal to "Stephenie Lead", no email will be sent.
I have fulfilled your form and submitted in order to test. I have seen that the email has sent to email@example.com when I have selected "Stephenie Lead" option from the "3.Lead Source" field. Notification emails did not send if I select other options from the "3.Lead Source" field.
So, if you want to send notification emails in each option, you need to create separate notification emails and conditions.
