I need to talk to someone regarding canceling my subscription

I have  two account with Jot Form and need One for the premium account and one for the bronze account.  I would like merge my form from the premium account to the bronze account.  Please contact me to further discuss. 410 676-3730 or 443 799 8917.

We can help you moving the forms  over and cancelling your subscription, I have checked the account you used on this thread and I can see it is the bronze one, we will need to get the request of the forms transference as well as the cancellation from the other account. 

Could you please log-in into that account to request the transference and cancellation?
