    Delivery to your mailbox was refused

    I've been facing a problem the last two days. My client has been using one of the forms I've created, and sometimes he doesn't not receive the completed form to his e-mail and instead of this he receives the following mail:


    From: root@winzone47.grserver.gr

    Sent: Tuesday, May 30, 2017 5:02 PM

    To: Mail User

    Subject: Delivery to your mailbox was refused because it would exceed its




    E-Mail to your mailbox was rejected because it would exceed its quota. A

    message from [SMTP:noreply@jotform.com] was rejected. Please clean your


    mailbox and ask the user to re-send.


    Could you please help me understand what's the problem about?

    Hi Dimitris, 

    It seems like emails are being sent without issues from our part, and I can see that your account is active. The error says that the user's mailbox is full, and they might need to delete some emails to free up space on their end.
