Field workers cannot sign electronic signatures when using cell phones. Is there an issue with your system that is preventing our workings from signing this forms on thier phones.

Is your issue related to the form FLHA?
I have tested your form on my phone, Samsung Galaxy S4, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. Signature fields are working. I was also able to submit the form without any issues.
Is your form embedded? If so, please provide us URL of the webpage, so that we can test your form there.
If you have issues with some other form, please provide us ID of that form.

I have tested your form using my mobile device, and it was submitted just fine:
All Signature fields were signed. Is there an specific device where the problem is happening?
