I am about to purchase the Gold membership - have questions

    Well that is too bad.
    with the Silver, do you get 100gb a month or total?
    We are going to have a lot of pictures uploaded to our form. If I
    integrated Google Drive and then deleted a submission, then I can still
    download the photos from google drive for eternity, correct?

    The upload space is a total you can store in your account. If it is reached, you need to upgrade to plan that provides more space, or delete submissions that contain uploaded files to free up space. 

    Yes, if you delete the submission, but you have integrated your form with Google Drive, the forwarded copy of the submission and uploaded file will still be available in your Google Drive.
