Why my forms are gone?

    We had template forms for Vacation Bible School. Our forms are missing. Can you help us get them back?? Please???

    I checked your account and it was marked as DORMANT, and that happens when the account is not used for a long time. I activated your account and checked it, but there are no forms there. 

    But I found another account that you accessed from the same IP address, it's with the username: youthguyolbc.
