Why we are not receiving submission emails after form is submitted?

    Hello! Our survey (62226634654154) is set to go to the Research department once it is sent but they are not receiving the tickets. This problem started yesterday. We also have not been receiving the conformation email right away as usual- it takes 5 minutes now.

    Hello Barbie,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should receive submission emails without any problem. 

    You seems to have added 3 recipient email address in your form's notification email alert. I did check check our email logs and found that submissions are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below:
